Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Brand-new hotel in a local area just next door to beach and city, whole vietnam, and the centre of town. Nice location, especially for me. Neat & spotless rooms with big lockers and private bathroom, for instance.

It is a stunningly beautiful and perfect property located in Tan An district right by the center as well as city center. the hotel has a secluded location in a calm area. - the staff are fairly friendly and amicable.

Beautiful Moon is a truly beautiful accommodation. The whole house and the rooms are immaculate and have a lovely size. The decoration is tastefully done, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel's general areas were easily accessible, with no stairs or obstacles to navigate. The staff, who I fondly refer to as the children working there, were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. They also provided free bikes, which allowed me to explore the beautiful surroundings at my own pace.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be the addition of more handrails throughout the property. While the staff was always there to assist, having additional handrails would provide extra support and ensure a safe and comfortable stay for seniors like myself.

Sky and his family are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and helped us with everything we needed. Their BBQ party was a blast and a great way to meet other guests. The villa itself is stunning, with comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Our stay at Beautiful Moon in Hoi An was amazing. The owner, Sky, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us tips on the best places to visit in Hoi An. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big, cozy bed. We loved starting our day with a delicious breakfast and Vietnamese coffee. Fantastic stay at Beautiful Moon Villa! The owner went above and beyond to meet all our needs. When we accidentally left something at a store, he personally retrieved it for us. The villa was clean, showers were hot, and the koi pond was a unique touch. Fridge in the room and a lockable cabinet provided extra convenience. Would highly recommend to friends!
